OK reddit, usually I am just a lurker so here is my first post: a plea for everyone to take care of themselves.
For both men and women it is important to have regular check ups, my aunt’s cancer could have been caught earlier.
My mom has been urging me to get this vaccine for a while now. It is a HPV Vaccine which has become affordable and is covered/partially covered under many health care plans(at least in Canada).

This vaccine is recommended for younger women to help prevent the diseases that cause cervical cancer, among others.
