Dirtytalk feels weird and embarrasing when starting out. But keep in mind that everything is taken in a totally different context when you are in the mood and horny.
I’ve tried variations, but these are the simple steps that I found to be effective: (I usually whisper them in her ear, and the stories have the most effect when it’s impossible to have sex right there and then)

More detail: 1. The scenario This can be more or less anything but don’t use a scenario that is hard to relate to. I usually use the current situation or somewhere I know so I am comfortable about the details. It’s a bonus if you can integrate a fantasy of hers, or some of the more common female fantasies… like exploring taboos, risk of getting caught, uniforms, being submissive, etc. Examples are: the library, the bus, the living room and so on…
2. enough details You won’t trigger a picture in her head unless it has enough details to fill in the blanks. “We have sex on the bus” is an example of infinitely lack of detail. A better version would be: “You and I are sitting in the back of the bus in the afternoon. There’s only a few people on it, and all of them are sitting in front of us. The seats are soft and the bus is so tall that pedestrians walking past can’t see that my hand is sliding under your red skirt.
3. The sensory input This is very important in dirty talk… what does everything feel like. As you are describing a fantasy and not actually doing it, you need to replace everything that is missing… what does it look like, sound like, taste like, smell like and feel like… And bonus points for learning sensual language… Example: …my hand is hovering over the edge of your skirt at first, before I let one finger wander along the edge and push it carefully over your kneecap. I cup my hand over your kneecap and you can feel the heat from my hand. You look at my face and see a glint in my eyes and that naughty smile I get when I want something. You feel so desired.
4. Escalate Your story needs to start rather innocent and then escalate into the dirtiest you dare say. The hornier the two of you get the raunchier the language. But don’t jump to quickly… Your story can’t go from kissing to fucking in an instant unless you know what you are doing. Describing the following in this order has been pretty failsafe for me: touching hands and feet, touching neck, touching stomach and thighs, touching breasts, touching close to genetalia, touching genetalia, you fingering her, her blowing you, you inserting dick, you fucking her… (insert kissing randomly)
TL;DR: basically what you are doing is verbally playing back a porn film in her head starring yourself.
