Hi. As the title states, I’ve been disabled for about 6 months now. I’m a 26 year old woman. My boyfriend has stayed with me through all this, we’ve been together a year. Basically I have a spinal condition that makes it hard to bend over or bend down, arch my back, get on top or move my hips… basically my back has to stay perfectly straight and this has fucked my sex life over in a thousand ways.
Anyone have a similar condition or know any tips for people like me? All my favorite positions have been off the table, the best we can do is a spooning position or missionary (carefully). I can’t even give blowjobs anymore, and it’s fucking bullshit. I’m miserable and scared that my bf will leave me if we don’t figure something out soon… maybe that’s irrational but I need help. My self-esteem took a massive hit as well.
