Woman declines sex to her BF/Husband. BF/Husband usually just gets over it.
Man declines sex to his GF/Wife. GF/Wife becomes hostile, cold, distant, blames the man for being ‘made’ to feel worthless, emotional blackmail …. etc
Not all women are like this (and I think it’s far more common in younger women) but I think some women really need to be more conscious that the stereotype of men being crazed horn-dogs is wrong and that from time-to-time it’s completely fair and reasonable to be rejected sexually by your partner. Sometimes guys just don’t feel up for it and women need to just get over it like we’re expected to.
